On The Easel - Peppers & Tomatoes

I helped a friend make "Salsa" in September. As we chopped the tomatoes and peppers, I was intrigued with the different shapes, size and colors of the peppers. I decided to create a painting with the few peppers and tomatoes left from the garden. I wanted the background colors to reflect those of fall leaves, so I used the following colors - Quinicidrone Gold, Sap Green & Anthaquinoid Red, all Daniel Smith Watercolors. So far, so good!
