The 2015 Pink Garden Tea and Fundraiser!

"Come along inside... We'll see if tea and buns can make the world a better place." ~Attributed to Kenneth Grahame

WELCOME to the 2015 Annual Pink Garden Tea!

Thank You Joel Armsden for purchasing "Lady May" .

The proceeds from the sale of this print and all other items that were up for auction will go towards helping a local family in need.  A special thanks to Terry and Alison Spzak of 4 Corners Matting & Framing in Creston for donating the mat and shrink wrap.

The theme for this years tea was "Teatime and Quilted Memories".

The garden looked lovely as usual with little vignettes sprinkled throughout.

All the tables were dressed with colorful linens and fine china.

The tea station where a variety of whimsical and pretty teapots sat awaiting their turn at the tables.

Win, once again the ladies did a wonderful job. I most enjoyed the quilt stories! And of course I am pleased that the Lady May print found a new home and the money will benefit a family in need.

Thanks Celia! Each year, I am amazed at the generosity of the pink tea ladies and their volunteers. They go all out to make sure their guests have an enjoyable afternoon. My role is small in comparison.

Oh what a gorgeous day and event. Shame I am so far away. Looks like you all had a great day. I know full well your beautiful paintings would have gone down a treat. Just like the tea and cake no doubt.
